Save Your Pennies for the Daily Deal
If you’re anything like me, you like getting a bargain. Whether it’s hitting a yard sale or local thrift store, finding something on clearance at a retailer or scoring a bargain online, it’s always a rush. The weather right now is not conducive to yard sales so I’ve been frequenting thrift stores a lot lately. A LOT. There’s no arguing the fact that bargains are fun. I guess that’s why I’m intrigued by Penny Auctions Canada. Yes, the website says Canada but it’s actually open to both Canada and the United States.
While Penny Auctions were the original focus of the site, this year they added Daily Deals providing visitors with a few different ways to score a deal on jewelry, home goods, gift cards and more. They shipped me a multi-strand adjustable charm bracelet as an example of the types of cute fashion accessories they have on the site.
While I haven’t had a chance to test out the process, I did get caught up in watching the various auctions open and close. I’ve long been a participant in traditional auctions both in person as well as online so I’m not sure this type of auction would be a good fit for me. But if you like scoring a bargain and enjoy the excitement that trying to win brings, then you should check out both the traditional Penny Auctions as well as the new Daily Deals at Penny Auctions Canada. For more details on the process of each of the two purchase methods, visit their How it Works page.
Ready to give it a go? New signups are entitled to 5 FREE bids (no purchase necessary). All you have to do is create an account (that’s free too) then email your username to affiliates@PennyAuctionsCanada.com. In addition, use this special promo code Tomoson25 at checkout and you will get 25 FREE bids with a 25 bid pack purchase.

This is awesome, I have heard about penny auctions. I happen to be the biggest bargain hunter around, I refuse to pay retail for anything 🙂
This looks like a fun way to buy things.
Looks like a great site!! Who doesn’t love saving money 🙂
Those bracelets are so cute. I have one like it.
I’ve heard of penny auctions but have never tried them myself – they seem exciting. I’d love to try a “real” auction too, I’ve only ever done bidding sites like Ebay but doing one in person sounds like a thrill.
