Holiday Giveaways 2019 – Vast: The Mysterious Manor by Leder Games
It’s early afternoon around here, the turkey is in the oven and we can hear everyone’s stomachs growling. Food will have to wait for a moment as we present our second giveaway of the day, a brand new copy of Vast: The Mysterious Manor by Leder Games!
This game earned a spot in our upcoming gift guide about ideas for the tweens in your family. But don’t let that age recommendation fool you – this is every bit of a game for teens and adults as well. What makes it interesting is younger players can enjoy it thanks to the asymmetrical roles each player takes on. When was the last time you played a game where you could be the skeletons, a paladin, a spider or the manor itself? As a bonus, it is compatible with their previous titles, Vast: The Crystal Caverns and Vast: The Fearsome Foes! Enter below to have a chance at your very own copy!
I’ve heard it’s got asymmetric features which sounds cool, but haven’t heard much about the game to this point.
I have not heard anything about Vast: The Mysterious Manor or Leder Games.
I haven’t heard about until now, but it looks and sounds really cool.
Leder Games, yes. I’ve wanted to try Root for a while now.
I’ve never heard of this game, but it seems fun!
I have not heard or seen this game before but it sounds interesting from the description.
What have I heard about the game?
I found it as Trove on Kickstarter some time back, but missed pledging at the time. The idea of a dungeon crawl that let you play as the “hero” or a dragon or the dungeon itself, each with different goals and win conditions sounded like a hoot! Without a steady game group, I have neglected to follow up on my desire for it, but would love to win it for my collection!
I have not heard anything before this, but it looks very Cool.
I also have not heard anything about this game yet but if I win and it’s fun I will certainly let everyone know!
Heard great things about this one!
I’ve never heard of this game before, but am glad I know now!
I’ve heard how interesting the assymetry is
I’ve heard about the vast system that they have other themes for. Leder games is also known for Root which I’d love to play one day
asymmetric adventure game in a haunted house
I haven’t heard anything!
I’ve heard Vast is awesome, and the asymmetrical gameplay is fantastic. I’ve played Root, so I believe the hype. I’ve heard nothing but good things about Vast (both iterations).
First hearing of it
I hadn’t heard of the company or game, but thanks for introducing me to it!
I would love to win this game!
One of the two games that I want to close my little collection of board games. Really want this great game, in my country they don’t sell it yet
COOL GAME, I WANT WIN THIS 😉
I hear good things, even from myself 😉
TO BE HONEST, I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING.
I saw a video of this game a while ago on the internet, I’ve met Leder Games in Essen in 2018 and I own a copy of Root and the Riverfolk expansion. I’m also really intrigued by their next game Oath: Chronicles of Empire and Exile and I can’t wait until it comes out – it’s probably gonna be an instabuy for me 🙂
I heave head some great reviews for Vast! Crystal Caverns so I would expect the company to continue the format and gameplay while tweaking and improving some things for the next generation and updated theme. Thanks for sharing!
Not familiar with the game or company, but it looks quite interesting.
Heard about Vast, 4 player, all different rules/goals
this is my first look at this game
I haven’t heard about until now
No i havent heard of them before now.
I played the first Vast once, and look forward to trying it again.
Thank you for this fantastic giveaway
This is the first time I had heard of this game but it looks challenging and fun.
This is my first tie hearing of them
Oh! I liked the look of this but skipped over it when I thought it was just a reimplementation. I’m glad to hear it works with Crystal Caverns. Thank you for the giveaway.
Happy holidays all.
Not much. Only heard of the other Vast game, the one with the cavern.
New game?
Sadly, I have never heard of either one, before today. Thank you
