Clean. From Top to… Bottom.
Here at SahmReviews.com, we feature a variety of products that the typical family would use. From food to games. For home or travel. From hair to shoes. Today, we’re taking one more step and going from top… to bottom… literally. Rear, behind, derrière, fanny, keister, tush and last but not least, butt. Whatever you want to call the parts of yourself that require cleaning after you use the restroom, THAT’s what we’re talking about.
I’m a pretty modest person and seldom talk about matters that embarrass me. When we need to restock personal hygiene items, I add them to the grocery list on my phone as simply “toiletries”. Hence the photo above. Hubby never knows what exactly we need, he just knows we need something for the bathroom. On a recent trip to CVS, we stocked up on Kleenex Cottonelle products: Cottonelle Fresh Care Flushable Cleansing Cloths and Clean Care Toilet Paper. Not only did we have a manufacturer’s coupon from the Cottonelle website but we also had a $1.50 CVS coupon when purchasing these two products together. The fact that Cottonelle products were on sale made this a total steal.
I’m no stranger to Cottonelle products. Sometimes our Sam’s Club carries Cottonelle toilet paper and I’ve purchased the Fresh Care wipes before as well. Originally, I feared they would clog the toilet but I have less problems using the wipes than I do using traditional toilet paper. Using them in combination allows me to get extra clean… and you know as well as I do that sometimes that is needed more than other times.
When I opened the package from CVS, I was thrilled to find a surprise coupon inside the package right alongside the directions. In case you’ve never used these before, think of them as a cross between Kleenex and baby wipes. They load into a canister and pop up in similar fashion as those.
If you’ve never tried these before, I encourage you to. While I can’t speak for how men would like these, I think every woman needs these as part of her restroom routine. With the combination of the manufacturer’s coupons available along with the CVS Cottonelle Coupon, the price is just right. Take advantage of other promotions that CVS offers and it’s kind of a no brainer.
Your top will be glad you used the coupons and your bottom will be glad you tried the product. What are you waiting for? Print the coupon and get ready to restock your restroom!
#LetsTalkBums… Do you use anything besides toilet paper?
I love Cottonell. It is one of my go to brands.
Love Cottonelle… not sure if it’s the softness that always makes me go back OR the cute little puppy 😉 I recently discovered the Wet wipes and LOVE them… thanks for sharing what a great and fun post
I love using coupons and stacking deals at CVS. I will have to see if I can find some great deals on toilet paper and wipes.
We have been a Cottonelle family for a while now. I cannot imagine my bathroom routine without it.
I am a huge fan of the Cottonelle clean team! We use wipes on a baby so why not ourselves?? It only makes sense!
I love contonelle man your tolet paper holder! I suck at couponing
Okay, I love your toilet paper stand/holder!
I love using coupons too…and stacking them! 🙂
Cottonelle and all it’s cottony awesomeness is definitely my go-to brand, always.
Cottonelle always makes really great products! Thanks for the coupon.
i have heard about this but a little reluctant to try it. it seems to work well from what i hear and maybe i will give it a try once i get over my initial shock.
Sounds like a great way to keep clean! I have a septic, so I’d be scared to flush them, but you could always toss them too, I suppose!
Toilet-tree!! haha!!! 😀 I love cottonelle! I try to keep the wet wipes on hand for the kiddo.
We use the regular paper toilet paper from cottonelle, it’s a nice brand. I like how their wipes dispenser looks so natural in the bathroom, instead of looking like a baby wipes container.
I’ve usual get the cheapest toilet paper but I have to squeeze it and it has to feel just right. If it doesn’t feel right I won’t pick it up regardless of the price.
Coffee is on
Neat review! It was good to read about the pros, and cons. Great idea for a blog post!
