Find Gifts on This List of 2-Player Games for That One Person You Want to Game With!
It’s been a few years since we put together a gift guide focusing specifically on 2-player games. But those *blip* years (and I’m not referring to Thanos) that limited us from getting together in large groups inspired a lot of new games focusing specifically on just a couple players. This guide offers an assortment of fun, strategic and entertaining games for two!
Some of these are also part of our annual holiday giveaway promotion so be sure to watch for those to go live. We’re sure you know a few couples that could use some games for when they don’t want to leave the house. Find ones that fit their personalities and interests, bundle it with a restaurant gift card and you’re set!

Fox in the Forest
Renegade Game Studios
The Fox in the Forest is a trick-taking game for 2 players. Utilize the special abilities on the Fairy Tale characters to change the trump suit, lead even after you lose a trick, and more. The beautiful illustrations of the unique characters will help you quickly analyze your options. Score points by winning more tricks than your opponent, but don’t get greedy! Win too many tricks, and you will fall like the villain in so many fairy tales.

boop.
Smirk & Dagger Games
boop. is a deceptively cute, deceivingly challenging abstract strategy game for two players. Every time you place a kitten on the bed, it goes boop, which is to say that it pushes every other kitten on the board one space away. Line up three kittens in a row to graduate them into cats And then, get three cats in a row to win. But that isn’t easy with both you and your opponent constantly booping kittens around. It’s like herding cats! Can you boop your cats into position to win? Or will you just get booped right off the bed?
