Holiday Giveaway 2023 – Furnace Game with Interbellum Expansion
I love that they released amended rules for two players! We predominantly play two players and appreciate it when game designers do this. 🙂
This is one for the wish list!
Furnace is a game I have wanted to get to the table. Maybe this giveaway will give me the opportunity. Thanks for the chance to win!
Great giveaway. I heard this was a great game! thanks!
For an expansion. If it was a game that I loved and if it was a good looking expansion, I’d probably pay up to 75% of the original game’s price. I really like getting expansions for games I own.
I would pay $20-$30 for an expansion
$30 dollars for an expansion
genereally speaking about half of the cost of the original game, but this really depends on the game and how much the expansion adds to gameplay
We’ve probably spent 100 bucks on good expansions
Around 65% of the core game price
It really depends. Smaller vs larger expansions, plus ‘necessary’ they are. If it only adds additional players, I wouldn’t but it no matter the price. For an awesome game like viticulture and the expansion takes it to the next level, I’m willing to pay the cost of the game, minus 10-15 percent. Totally subjective though.
I personally only buy mini expansions or modules for my favorite games no more than $30. I find myself enjoying the base game of most games I play.
love engine building games
I should read the question more carefully:
Don’t usually buy expansions, but like small box expansions that just add more variety (usually another deck of cards to a game). These tend to be in the $10-15 range.
It really depends, how much I liked the original game, how complex the expansion is (is it just a few more cards, it is adding extra levels or type of play). So I’d say $15-36
It depends on what is in the expansion. New characters and scenarios for a base game? I’ve paid $50 for more Zombicide before…..
It really depends! How big is the expansion? How often do I have time to play the game? Generally speaking though probably around $30.
great game
My spending limit for an expansion is around $50.00; however, I have paid more for a must have expansion.
I haven’t found a game I like enough to buy an expansion. But I would pay up to $3 0 for one that I liked.
I will pay around $25-30 for an expansion that I like
I would pay 50% more.
It would depend upon how much we enjoyed playing the game, but probably no more than $25
