These ear buds will be used for our daily walks and anytime I am stuck waiting in a line. I can use these to listen while waiting on hold on the phone – which is a lot of time these days! They will also be used to listen to podcasts while I do chores!
Definitely music the most, but also for books too. I just started listening to books and I still prefer to read them myself, but they are great when just stuck somewhere.

As a mom to 6, I am always busy/running around. I love reading but never have the time to sit down and actually read. My favorite use is to use them for listening to audiobooks while doing other things around the house or with the kids.
